Roberts Park was filled with thrashing paddles again for this year’s popular Dragon Boat Festival. Forty one teams took part, including our very own team of staff, the Titus’ Titanic Titans. The team made their debut, happy to take part for fun to raise money for a good cause, who could have known they would beat off the likes of the Army, Police and Fire Service! Achieving the third fastest time of the day and 2nd position overall the team were elated and have relished in the praise and recognition.

Team Manager Max Robinson said: “What an amazing day; we had such a great time and I’m so proud of the team. We never imagined doing so well; we definitely exceeded our expectations! The team are very proud of the total monies raised for Young Minds, thank you to everyone who donated and supported us on the day, roll on next year.”
